Junior Kindergarten

Children preparing to enter kindergarten in the following year are prepared for school through a more traditional style class. They begin their day with circle time& calendar activities where they explore calendar math & money concepts. These students learn to write both capital and lower case letters, and begin to read simple stories.
Our Junior Kindergarten children work at their own pace, exploring new academic concepts as they individually become ready for them! The teachers in this room serve as a resource and guide, providing instruction and encouragement along the way!
At the end of each school year, our junior kindergarten students enjoy a fully programmed graduation and celebration rception! This event is something the Strawberry School Parent Community loves year after year!
